I don't know how single mothers/fathers raise a child alone. It isn't impossible but it is definitely harder than having a child who has both parents raising him or her.
Today is the first day Laura begins her classes this fall semester. Luckily I have 6 weeks off from work, so all I need to do is concentrate on Mason. I am glad he is well behaved and only cries when he wants the necessities, such as feeding, diaper change, and/or sleep.
I also have the help of Shorty, however she's old and worn out...anyways that is a totally different blog post. As I was saying I am cherishing every moment I can with Mason during my time off. I think its very important to bond with him during these early weeks of his life. Plus, I can dress him how I want...
Here's Shorty helping out...what a great big sister she is...
