Time to play catch up..

Its been so long since we last posted an entry on our blog.  We have been really busy with our wedding planning, Laura taking her finals, and me working.  We also had some family functions to attend.  I finally get today off to spend some quality time with Mason...and Shorty.  Laura is out with her Maid of Honor, Letty, doing some wedding planning.  The time is coming soon, August 4th!

Mason is doing great as always...he turned 9 Months two weeks ago and as a gift to us he showed us he can crawl forward!  He has been getting into everything, and has many bumps, scrapes, and bruises to prove it.  He hits his head hard on our wood floors but stops crying within a few seconds.  He's a fighter...a champ!

To the most wonderful Mother,

Thank you for everything you do for our family.  Mason and I are so lucky to have you within our lives.   We hope you have a wonderful 1st Mother's Day!  Mason is such a lucky guy to have you as his Mother.  Laura, we both love you very much.  

Singing in the tub

I can't believe Mason can sit in the tub and reach for various toys floating around.  His new bathing "trick" is singing in the tub.  It is actually quite entertaining.  To make things even more fun for him, we now add bubbles and color drops, which change the color of the water.  We are so blessed that he enjoys the water.  

37 Weeks!

Last week we went to a Texas Rangers baseball game as a family.  Mason had a good time until people started screaming and yelling.  He doesn't like loud noises and began crying so we left the game early.  It was a good experience for our family.  Next time we will either wait until Mason gets older or get him some ear plugs. 

Our little guy is 37 weeks old and is getting taller by the day.
