Registry

We are officially done registering for the baby shower!  

Our baby registry may be located at the following locations:

• Wellness Baby [wellnessbabystore.com] (a wonderful Boutique in uptown Dallas)
• buy buy Baby [buybuybaby.com] (its from the same company as Bed, Bath, & Beyond...so you can use their coupons at this location)
• Target [target.com] (everyone has a Target near them)
• Babies R Us [babiesrus.com] (common registry location)

We may have also located a venue to host our baby shower, we will give everyone more info once we finalize everything.  We are both very excited!

3D/4D

Yesterday, was one of the best days during this pregnancy.  Laura and I both went to Stork Vision in Mansfield for our 3D/4D ultrasound.  Since Laura will be 27 weeks tomorrow, the photos and video clips were clear.    Altogether we spent approximately 25 minutes viewing the baby.  We purchased a deluxe package which came with (5) high quality photos, (1) disc of photos, and (1) DVD. I was amazed at how many distinct features our son possesses.  Laura and I are still trying to figure out who's nose the baby has.  I think he has Laura's nose and Laura thinks he has my nose.  The technician was able to confirm that we are going to have a baby boy, which she stated "he is definitely not shy." We were also able to hear the baby's heartbeat, which is still going strong.  It was a great experience and everything turned out well.  We are thinking about going back in about 3 weeks for a second session.

I know I do not tell you enough but I appreciate every single thing you have done for our family.  Your hard work impresses me each day as you stay up late at night studying, only getting a few hours of sleep, and then waking up early the next morning to attend class.  I cannot even imagine all the stress you go through everyday but I know you do it for our family.  I know everything will pay off soon.  I believe in you and I support you through everything you are going through now and in the future.

Thank you for all the sacrifices you have done for our family.  Please know, I do notice all the little things you do for me.  I thank God everyday for placing you in my life and giving me the best present I could ever ask for, our son.   I am ready for our family to be complete with the addition of our children, starting with Mason.  

I know this is your first Mother's Day, and I can't wait to celebrate many more when Mason comes homes with a Mother's Day card he made in Kindergarten.  Or when he brings home a flower he picked from the garden and gives it to you as he gives you a great big hug.  Or when he buys you a candy bar and writes his name in a card as he wishes you Happy Mother's Day sealed with a kiss.  I am excited for our future together and everything that comes with it.  I love you.  You are a wonderful mother.  Happy Mother's Day!

A place for him to rest and sleep

So Laura and I went to Babies R Us to look at cribs for our son.  We think we may have found the one.  It also comes with a dresser drawer and other furniture which will match the set.  Next we will need to have to find bedding for our son.
